public health is a critical business
Carolina Organic Lawns holds a Category B Public Health license with the North Carolina Dept of Agriculture & Consumer Services, and as such is officially considered an Essential and Critical Business for purposes of the State and County Stay at Home orders. We will continue to protect the public health by spraying for mosquitoes during the Covid-19 crisis. Our field technicians work alone, wear full PPE, including high-end respirators, and have no contact with customers or anyone else during the work day.
Mike Childers, owner of Mike’s Honeybees of Raleigh, says, “I insist that all of my clients who lease honeybees from me use Carolina Organic Lawns mosquito control, because they are the only mosquito control service in the area that is not toxic to bees.”
We use Mosquito Barrier, an all-garlic natural mosquito killer and repellant. Mosquito Barrier is harmless to children, pets, and bees.
Each application of Mosquito Barrier kills and repels mosquitoes for three weeks.
Jonathan Cawley and son Daniel worked together at Carolina Organic Lawns for many years. COL currently employs Jonathan, Jeremy, Jessica, and Hannah Cawley, as well as Joseph Chase and Anderson Leslie.
90% Effective. If you see mosquitoes after a treatment, we will come out and re-spray at no charge. No treatment can promise 100% control of mosquitoes, but we try.
We are proud to bring you Organic Mosquito Control! We have earned our Master Applicator’s credentials from Mosquito Barrier, and hold Pesticide Applicator License #026-29603 from the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
Mosquito Barrier, the Habanero of garlic, is made entirely of concentrated garlic.
Carolina Organic Lawns is certified by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and we maintain a Public Health Control license as well as an Ornamental and Turf Pest Control license. These licenses requires extensive training, testing, and ongoing certification.
We look forward to bringing you a mosquito free summer in 2020!
