Great service - very effective. We have a small creek in our backyard that frequently has standing water in the summertime, so mosquito treatment is a must. This organic mosquito control kept the mosquitoes in check! It was just as effective as the chemical-spray companies that we used in the past. The only difference was the huge increase in the number of butterflies, dragonflies, and other pollinators. I have a butterfly garden so this was a very welcome change. We won't be going back to the chemicals!

Jon is a personable, dependable guy who delivers wonderful service with a product that keeps the mosquitoes away but doesn't harm any wildlife, including butterflies and bees. I highly recommend this company!

We recently had organic mosquito control come out to our property. I think the mosquitoes are coming from a low spot in one of our neighbors yards. I didn't think there was too much that could be done about it. After two treatments, it was much better. What I like most about the service is there was no harm to our two dogs, who run all over. Reasonable rates, responsible, highly recommended.

This is the second year having “Organic Mosquito Control” make our yard desirable by ridding it of mosquitos- the natural way. It is absolutely amazing that my husband, who in the past was always “eaten up” by mosquitos hasn’t had a single bite for two years now. I live in south Durham and Organic Mosquito Control worked great! It took a couple of extra treatments (at no charge) before the mosquitos really disappeared and then the standard 3 week treatment kept my whole property mosquito free the whole year. I could not smell the garlic when they sprayed, but my wife did smell a slight oder the day of, and it did not harm my bees at all. The same day my flowers were still full of pollinators.

I've been using Carolina Organic Mosquito for years. I am extremely attractive to mosquitoes and before I had them spray I would have 10 bites in 10 minutes outside. Now I can enjoy gardening and playing with my kids. I have only had to have Jon come out and spray between treatments a few times in several years, he is always happy to do it and comes out quickly. I highly recommend them to all my neighbors who want an eco-friendly mosquito solution. I prepay for the whole season and don't have to worry about it again. I wish I had hired them sooner.

We love this service! They provide a nontoxic and effective mosquito control (very hard to find that combination)! Since it's concentrated garlic, the spray is safe for people, pets, and bees. We live by a lake and usually have swarms of mosquitoes for half the year, so it's amazing it works so well in our neighborhood. It works well for the first and last several weeks of summer. In the height of summer, the mosquitoes come back in about two weeks instead of three (they usually treat every three weeks), but they're good about coming back for an extra treatment when needed. And they're friendly people, to boot 🙂

I switched to Organic mosquito from one of those other mosquito companies (I've tried several). After switching the organic treatment worked as good if not better than the non-organic treatment. Additionally, I see bees around the yard which I saw disappear with other companies. Highly recommend.

We love using this company for mosquito control. It actually works, without putting toxic chemicals on our lawn. It allows us to spend lots of time playing outdoors in the summer.

I've used Organic Mosquito Control for 2 years now and have been very pleased with their service.

We have used Carolina Organic Lawns for mosquito control for a number of years at two different houses. Both houses have trees in the backyard and one house has a retention pond behind the house for another community. Once we started using Carolina Organic Lawns, we did not experience any mosquito issues and never had to request a respray. Knowing the spray is safe also gave us much comfort for ourselves, pets and our neighbors. Finally, the team spraying our property were always professional, courteous and on time.

The garlic based mosquito spray works pretty well, but their service and commitment to the product makes this a 5 star experience. They come out the next day after you contact them if you see a mosquito. We saw maybe 3 mosquitos all summer. Your yard smells like an Italian restaurant for about an hour after each treatment.

We were mosquito free all summer,and feel good about using only 100% garlic so no insects are harmed. A special thanks for a free additional application between the regularly scheduled applications when we noticed mosquitos in the yard. We are so used to going out into the yard without insect repellent now, that we sometimes forget to apply it when going to a park or neighbor's house. We look forward to being mosquito free again next year, and will want to take advantage of the savings by paying up front for the entire season.

We wanted to be able to enjoy our yard sans mosquitoes, and wanted treatment that was safe for us and our dog. Organic Mosquito Control has proven to work extremely well for a couple of years now - this past summer, I could count the number of mosquito bites I got in my yard on 1 hand, which is remarkable! We'll continue using the service as long as we're in the area. In addition, Jon (the owner) has answered questions and provided advice on other lawn care issues I've randomly asked about. It's wonderful to have a degreed, credentialed professional to work with, as opposed to someone just selling a service. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

I've had Jonathan treat my yard for several years and couldn't be happier with the results. I can really enjoy my yard in the summertime now and don't feel as if I am poisoning the environment.

If it were for the effectiveness of the garlic spray alone, I would give this company 5 stars. However, after a very poor experience with Jon (the owner), I have to give them only one star. Prior to signing up for the organic mosquito control, I asked if it would be possible to be notified when they would be coming to spray my yard so I could ensure my dogs were inside first. The owner told me that this was fine, and the first spraying went great. Before the second spraying, however, I was given less than 24 hours notice, and I wasn’t given a time frame of their visit. I emailed the owner to ask if he could give me a 24 hour notice in the future. After we discussed how he schedules the sprayings, I asked if he could call me, since having a conversation through email isn’t always easy. I thought requesting 24 hours notice wasn’t much to ask, but I was wrong. Over our phone call, the owner told me that he was “too busy” to give me 24 hours notice until much later in the season. He also told me that he was ending my service because I “simply was not a fit.” He didn't offer any solutions, tell me what his other clients with dogs do, or even try to hold a polite, professional conversation. I told him that I was disappointed in his customer service, and he responded that there was no benefit to the phone call with me. I was incredibly excited about this service but was shocked that the only solution Jon could come up with was to end my service. It seemed inappropriate to complain to me about how much work he had and talk about how his other clients didn’t “feel the need to rush home from work for the treatment”. I would not recommend hiring Carolina Organic Lawns for their Organic Mosquito Control and am relieved I didn't pay for the whole season up front.

Last summer we had to visit an elderly relative in NC and help her get some things done around the house. We were a little cautious who to call. since there are many who take advantage of Seniors. The man from organic mosquito control was very nice. John came right away and explained what he did. The treatment worked and she hired him to come back on a regular schedule. We were happy that it wasn't dangerous like some of the others, as she has grandchildren visiting her often. Great customer service and manner, would highly recommend.

Really appreciate the service Organic Mosquito Control provides. We used other Mosquito services in years past and our other insects were gone. We switched to this service this year and our honeybees are back! Very, very happy with the results.
